People are suffering all around the globe.  Sometimes people create suffering for others. Sometimes suffering is created from external forces. And sometimes we create suffering for ourselves.  So many innocent lives have been lost too suffering. How do we bring peace when so many people are suffering?  We have been given  one life so therefore we should make this life meaningful and helpful. When we help others we find peace and gratitude. Let’s pick up the fallen ones. Let’s rise abov
